The clean methods of pleated filter cartridge

Pleated filter cartridge can be washed if it is polluted. There are two methods for you to clean the pleated filter cartridge. The first one is physical clean method and another is chemical clean method.

The physical clean method of pleated filter cartridge

Put the filter cartridge in the sink of ultrasonic cleaning. When the water is 2cm higher than pleated filter cartridge, then open the ultrasonic. After 30 minutes, take out the filter cartridge. Then wash the filter cartridge three times with deionized water or injection water.

The chemical clean method of pleated filter cartridge

Take the pleated filter cartridge out from filter. Use tampons or soft cloth to plug the center pole. Put the pleated filter cartridge under water-tap to clean the surface dirty, until dirty can not seen by naked-eyes. If the filtration medium is alkalinity, then put the pleated filter cartridge in 4%HCL solution soaked for 24 hours, and then soaked in 4% NaOH solution for 24 hours. If the filtration medium is acidity, put the filter cartridge soaked in4% NaOH solution for 24 hours, and then soaked in 4%HCL solution for 24 hours. Then take the filter cartridge out, wash under water-tap to the state that dirty can not seen by naked-eyes. After washed, install it in filter. Then backwash under 0.1Mpa and filtered with purity water for 30mins.

Pleated filter cartridge washed with these scientific ways can uses for a long time.
