The filter membrane of PP pleated filter cartridge is made of polypropylene. The river diversions, cover of filter cartridge, shell and center pole are all made of Polypropylene. There is no chemical pollutant at all. The structure is fastness and has no release pollutants. The PP pleated filter cartridge can be washed as normal method or sterilized by high pressure disinfection cabinet.
The filtration precision of PP pleated filter cartridge is ranges from 0.1μm~60μm, some can even to 70μm. Usually PP pleated filter cartridge has two types, the working temperature of a type is used under 50℃, and b type is used under 80℃. The PP pleated filter cartridge with its special features like differential pressure, high throughput, good filtration precision and lower cost has been replaced the wire-wound type, paperboard and other non-fixed filter cartridge. It is more and more welcomed.
What's more, PP pleated filter cartridge has many advantages. It is a kind of deep filter cartridge and has a large pollutant hold capacity and flow. The use life of PP pleated filter cartridge is long, and the applicability is extensive. It can be used in PH1-13.
